Limited to those with those with at least one year experience and know their tone, bass and slap. Please call Kim to see if you are ready for this group. $25 per class.
7:45 to 9:00 PM, Beginning and Intermediate Djembe and DunDun Class
This is a introductory class. Kim can provide the dun dun bass drum or you can bring your own. We will play rhythm games, learn technique, involve spoken rhythm and movement, call and response, stick work, polymeters and more. We will play rhythms such as Fanga, Yankadi, Macuru, Kaki Lambe, Sorsonett, and Garengedon.
